In the heart of the famous rocky beach of Porto Limnionas at Zakynthos island, LCV complex  luxurious cave villas in perfect harmony with the surrounding natural environment, nested into the cliff, bathed in sunlight by day and painted with amethyst purple in the sunset.
Each villa has its own private infinity pool, is fully equipped and enjoys a majestic view of the sea and the surrounding area.

Serenity Cave Villa measures 105 sq.m. and can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children up to 12 years of age. It features two bedrooms (one equipped with a double size bed and the other with two single ones that can be combined into a king size) and the living room has 2 single sofa-bed – a baby cot can be added upon request. The villa features two bathrooms with shower and enjoys a breath-taking view of the sea from its bedrooms, its private infinity swimming pool and its veranda.

Elongated slits create interior lighting revealing an ethereal atmosphere.

Since they are essentially dug into the solid rock, they remain warm during the winter and cool during the summer, with few energy requirements and with a superb quality of air. The homes follow the bio-climatic principles, firmly based on sustainability and ecology. Limnionas Cave Villas consists of three amazing villas, within walking distance from the crystal clear waters of the sea, and painted with the rich sunset colours all year round – moreover, during a significant part of the year you can enjoy a direct, magical view of the sunset!
